The structural steelwork has the dimensions W/L/H=14,5/16,5/15,5m and is stiffened through framings in the first and bracings in the second direction. All levels of the rack are offset from each other.
The axes of the rack were individually idealized and calculated. With respect of the dead loads and the additional loads due to the working conditions, the first three natural frequencies were calculated and superimposed to verify earthquake.
